POLICIES - The Things You Need To Know

All dogs will be walked on-leash at all times.
For safety reasons I will not use retractable leads and will carry spare leads at all times.
Dog poo bags and treats will be provided as part of the service however if your dog has any allergies please supply their own treats.
If you have two large dogs I may need to walk them separately to ensure safety.
If your dog has shown any fearful, nervous, reactive or aggressive behaviours you must disclose this to me and a muzzle may be required to avoid any unforeseen circumstances arising.
If weather conditions are too extreme either with rain or heat we will reschedule the walk to another time.

All services are to be paid for in full before commencing.
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for the cancellation of any service you have booked in.
If a cancellation is made within 12 hours of the booking you will be charged the full fee due to loss of income.
Cancellations due to weather conditions changing will not incure a fee and can simply be rescheduled.

A public holiday surcharge of 50% is applied to New Years Eve & New Years Day, Australia Day, ANZAC day, Labour day, Easter Sunday & Monday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Boxing day.
